As a first-time vacationer in Russia, I confess to have been terrified of the unknown. Without any important knowledge about the said region to save my life, I was surprised and ecstatic to see a Holiday Inn in Russia! Though not exactly my favorite apartment in the world, Russia's Holiday Inn is definitely a excellent place to stay in.
Built back in 2005, this four star apartment is near Moscow, so it was fairly easy for me to go around the different supermarkets without worrying that I would get lost. However, staying indoors was also is also an option since the apartment displays amenities and services that can keep boredom at bay. Every room in the apartment has cable TV, telephone, and Internet access so you don't have to be troubled about losing touch with what's happening in the world. The Holiday Inn also displays a restaurant and a bistro for those who want to eat indoors. During my stay, most of the clients who were there were businessmen and single vacationers who want to be in some place quiet and hidden to rest. Of course, the Holiday Inn also caters to families and foreign and local tourists who are on a time off in Russia.
