Russian Identified gorgeous Sharapova as Their Favorite Sportsperson

I was not surprised when I read an online news article telling that Russia identified the gorgeous tennis superstar Maria Sharapova as its favorite sports celebrity last year. Sharapova scored 19 percent in the poll conducted by Romir Monitoring, and she was succeeded by a gymnast named Alina Kabayeva who scored 18 percent.

Based on the said poll, the gorgeous Russian scored 28 percent from people in big cities and 13 percent from villagers. It also appeared that she is more known to men because she scored 23 percent as compared to women with 16 percent. Well, that's unquestionable since men will naturally like babes. Despite some assumptions that Maria Sharapova has blanked over her being a Russian, the talented tennis star who is being linked to another tennis champ Andy Roddick claimed that she is 100% Russian.

This census only imparts that Russians are very proud to produce talented and athletic individuals who have made their contributions and marks in the history. And I assume this 19-year old babe deserves this respect from her compatriots and from everyone since she always works hard in practice and during games. Never mind those horrible publicity in the news because as what they always say, horrible publicity is still publicity.
